Pricing and Payments

All quotations are provided in NGN unless stated otherwise. Pricing includes product cost and applicable service fees. Clients are required to confirm and complete payment before an order is processed.

Prices may vary due to exchange rates, retailer pricing adjustments, or shipping charges prior to payment confirmation.

Authenticity

We source products from reputable and verified retailers. Proof of purchase or receipts may be provided where applicable. While we ensure due diligence in sourcing, brand warranty terms remain subject to the original retailer’s policies.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Timelines may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or international shipping factors beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of international sourcing, returns are subject to the policies of the original retailer. Service fees may not be refundable once sourcing and purchasing have commenced.

Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate product specifications and delivery details. Globe & Gite Enterprises is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, or external events beyond our control.
